Hi, I’m Angela. As a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Nutrition Health Coach, I understand the importance of nurturing both our mental and physical health. The CBT Health Coach was founded on the belief that true well-being comes from this balance. My personal wellness journey started years ago after facing challenges like fibromyalgia, hormonal imbalances, and depression. Despite the support from conventional medicine to manage my symptoms, I often felt overwhelmed and unsure of how to regain control over my mental and physical health. This shared experience fuels my passion to help others like you find your own path to wellness.
I realised the importance of taking accountability for my health and began to get curious about all aspects of my life—including my mindset, nutrition, movement, and relationships. Making significant life changes led to profound improvements. Was it an overnight transformation? No, it was about taking small, achievable steps toward a healthier, more empowered version of myself, supported by a robust set of mental health and wellness strategies that endure.
Adapting my lifestyle through daily habits has been key. I use my CBT and nutritional coaching skills on myself every single day because, let’s be honest, life throws us curveballs all the time!
My goal is to give others a simple, practical framework to transform their wellness story and thrive. I want to create a community where individuals can learn a holistic, simple approach to well-being and become empowered to live the life they want.

Qualifications
Registered member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have experience working with depression, grief, loss or bereavement, anxiety, perfectionism, anger management, low self-confidence, distorted eating and health anxiety.
Diploma in Counselling and Group Work – a Cognitive Approach (SQFC Level 10, Honours Degree)
